Exchange And Return Policy

HI-7 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES GUIDELINES Hi-7

At Hi-7, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have designed a hassle-free return and exchange process as described below.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 03 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, stained, or incomplete.
  • The product remains unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and protective tags intact.
  • You received a different size than what was ordered.
  • The packaging is damaged or unsealed upon delivery. Please inform us immediately if this occurs.

All returns must be processed through our Customer Service department for orders placed on our website. Please note that at this time, products purchased online cannot be returned to physical stores. This policy applies solely to orders delivered within Pakistan. For international purchases, please get in touch with our customer support team for personalized assistance.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Items of which safety seal is broken are excluded from our return policy.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?

To request a return, please contact us via email at customercarehi7@gmail.com with your order number and details about why you wish to return the item. Once your request is approved by our customer service team, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to Hi-7’s Returns Department.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

PROCESSING OF RETURNS

Our team strives to process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. However, during peak seasons, processing may take up to 14 business days.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

If the size you received does not fit and you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 03 days of receiving the item at customercarehi7@gmail.com. The item must be unused and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed.

This policy is applicable only to domestic orders. For international size exchanges, please contact our support team for further assistance.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are generally not offered unless an exchange is not possible. If a refund is granted, it will be issued in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Hi-7 will not be responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or any differences in the refund amount caused by currency conversions.
